Roaster's Reserve: Colombia Anaerobic Honey is our first coffee in the experimental category — this lot was chosen to set the tone for what's possible when craft, science, and art collide with a dual-stage anaerobic fermentation (36 hours in cherry, 96 hours post-pulp). We are tasting berry-citrus, jasmine, honeysuckle, and creamy vanilla, with the overall mouthfeel reminiscent of a white tea-like elegance. A truly radiant coffee no matter the brewing device!
Like all our Roaster's Reserve coffees, this lot is ultra exclusive — we only have 50 bags available total and once it's gone, it's gone for good. You can only find it fresh roasted here or at our brick and mortar shops located around the Reno Tahoe region.
