Papua New Guinea Siane Chimbu marks our first single origin release from Papua New Guinea, sourced from the Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative in the remote Chimbu Highlands. Grown at 4,500 feet in a region defined by lush mountains, volcanic soils, and warm equatorial sun, this medium roast reflects the depth and richness of its environment. Fully washed and sun-dried, the cup opens with dark cherry and chocolate fudge, layered with black tea, fig jam, and stonefruit, and finished with subtle notes of clove and lemongrass.
