Introducing Nicaragua San Rafael Del Norte, a washed single origin hailing from the highlands of Jinotega. At the heart of Nicaraguan coffee, Jinotega produces 65% of the country’s coffee export. With its diverse landscape of mountains, rivers, and lakes, plus a cool, temperate climate, this region is known for coffee with gentle acidity and enchanting floral notes.

Nicaragua San Rafael Del Norte has an undeniable honey sweetness on both aroma and taste, complemented by a nutty clove concoction reminiscent of fall, with lemon zest sprinkled on top.
