This isn’t just a single origin, it’s the single origin — bursting with stone fruit, strawberry, rose, and powdered sugar sweetness wrapped in a creamy, luxurious body that feels like falling headfirst into a field of flowers. Our Head of Coffee Josh swears it’s the best coffee we’ve ever sourced, and our Co-Founder Nick drank so much he claims he “fell into the cup.” Supernatural is literally super natural — mind-blowingly complex, wildly aromatic, and the kind of cup you’ll remember forever.

What makes it so otherworldly? It’s all in the processing. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s legendary Chelchele area, this coffee undergoes a meticulous “supernatural” fermentation: whole cherries sealed in carbon fiber drums, slowly developing sugars for up to 10 days before drying on raised beds. The result? A coffee that tastes like stone fruit, strawberries, and nectarines dipped in cream and dusted with powdered sugar. A coffee that's both grown and roasted at high altitude, this coffee is elegant, vibrant, and unapologetically exclusive. Translation: this is the coffee you brag about to your friends.
